The tool extracts structured data from plaintext emails, PDFs, and Excel attachments, performs fuzzy entity matching to resolve creative assets and destinations to platform IDs, and automates order creation. This eliminated manual processing bottlenecks and reduced order processing time by over 90%.
• AI Agent Interest Group & Tools - Created AI agent interest group to build chat agents and drive organizational AI transformation. With my advocacy, XR onboarded Cursor for engineers and signed up contracts with Vercel and Vercel AI Gateway, establishing tooling infrastructure for AI-enhanced development.
• Dynamic Creative Optimization Engine - Built automation tool that generates thousands of creative variations from product feeds, significantly reducing manual production time. Implemented as part of Design Lab platform, this tool transforms manual workflows into automated, scalable processes.
• XR Chat Agent Tool - Designed and implemented AI-powered conversational interface tool integrated across Design Lab and XR platform. Built using Vercel AI SDK with advanced prompt engineering and context management, enabling users to interactively refine designs, generate DCO delivery logic, and query reporting data through natural language. The project won the Best Technical Innovation Award at XR Extreme Reach 2025 Hackathon.
• Social Media Campaign Automation - Built automation tool that integrates with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat APIs to automate creative delivery and campaign management, enabling clients to create, manage, and deploy social media campaigns directly from XR interface.

• Service Orchestration Platform - Designed and implemented a production-grade service orchestration cluster using HashiCorp Nomad in early 2021, consolidating all Skynet backend APIs and scheduled jobs into a unified, scalable infrastructure platform. This tooling infrastructure enabled better resource utilization and simplified deployment processes.
• Infrastructure as Code Migration - Led comprehensive AWS infrastructure migration in 2024, relocating all Skynet resources (EC2 instances, DynamoDB tables, S3 buckets) to a dedicated AWS sub-account. Implemented infrastructure as code using Pulumi and Ansible, enabling granular cost tracking, enhanced security posture with strict PII access controls, and fully automated deployment pipelines.
• GraphQL API Gateway Tool - Architected and developed a high-performance GraphQL API gateway in early 2022, implementing sophisticated in-memory caching strategies to serve as the unified data access layer for all CertiK's internal data sources. This tool reduced API response times by 70% and eliminated redundant data fetching.
• Cost Optimization Tools - Following the successful launch of Skynet Quest in 2024 which brought in huge spike in traffic, implemented Cloudflare integration to mitigate bot traffic and DDoS attacks. Designed and deployed a multi-layer caching architecture with graceful degradation and overload protection. Architected self-hosted Next.js API cluster to handle consistent high-volume traffic, reducing Vercel infrastructure costs by $50K+ annually while maintaining performance SLAs.
